Severn Trent Services Ricewood Mud Cut Off Notice Houston, Texas

Important to note this is the first issue with this company in the 6 years we had lived here.

I recieved a notice that my water was going to be turned off do to an account issue from 3 months prior. According to their policy no further payments from the point of issue would be processed if the account is in any way delinquint. Well they had no problem taking the last 2 months payments and my bills reflected no such issue. They offered no explaination for this , why they just discovered this 3 months later nor why they failed to properly notify me of the issue.

The notice was wrapped in plastic and stuck in my door handle along side of a pizza menu so I did not even know of it's exhistance until I was seperating my recycling. By this time it was too late and the order had been given to turn it off. When all was said and done a $46 water bill that I still have no idea where it wound up cost me $116.

Anyone stuck using these guys watch yourself. They will rip you off.
