As a manufactures rep in the LED world we rely on our manufactures to prodive us with quality products and service to pass on to our clients.In the past few years we have spent thousands of dollars to research manufactures. We order small shipments first, test them and take them apart. We do this to see just how well they are built.
However it is a tricky business. Some Chinese manufactures will send a well built product if they know you are testing them. Then at time of larger order they will use less quality parts. For the most part we only work with a few reliable manufactures after weeding out the rip off manufactures. We do provide quality long lasting LEDs only because we are careful.
Warranty of course is a big issues at time needed. We spend thousands each year in shipping. However for this one manufacture Shenzhen Boyao Optoelectronic Technology Co, LTD they have there own set of rules. They will not ship new replacement LED tubes nor will they give your money back. We have caught them in so many lies it is disturbing to the Chinese community.
So if you buy products from this company you have been warned!

Dear All friends
I am CEO from my Boyao company.
As for the Kim Diemer Complaint
The Case happen in the 2014
I know the USA input voltage is 120V, 277V, 100-277V
some time, a few Customers tell they need 220V in some places.
but i know the USA most 99% customers need 120V, 277V, and 100-277V.
When Kim Diemer place the led tube order, i deliberately asked what input voltage? if it is 85-265V, 100-277V ?
The Kim Diemer told me it is AC85-265V. We manufacture the AC85-265V led tube.
But the Kime Dimer wrongly let the AC85-265V led tube connect the 277V.
After some time, the led tube bruned.
Every know, The AC85-265V led tube can work some time in the 277V. if lating working, the led tube driver will be bruned.
Please NOTE: The 85-265V is different 100-277V, Eeven though they are a little difference.
After bruned because the Kim Demer wrongly placing order, or wrongly connecting the votlage
There were 12pcs led tube burned
Kim Demter asked that we rigt now freely send the led tube.
i said we freely send new led tube next times, but he disagree, i let give me more 15 days. but he disagree, too.
Finally, we freely send the 25pcs led tube a little late. so the Kim Diemer publish the report.
I also have to apologize for this report to your all customers , because it bring some trobules to all customers.

For the past few weeks we have tried our best to resolve any issues with this manufacture. The end result is, on our final order we optained a 30% failure rate with this company. They responded by needing all types of testing.

They continue to side track us with threaten e-mails. So we posted a video of their bad tubes laying on the ground with us running over them in a truck. They went on to say they will send a few tubes to replace the bad ones. Well if they produce such a bad product why in the world would we want more of them? We would not.
If we face a simular issue here in the USA more than likely we would receive a refund. Not with these guys. You can bet your bottom dollar they will continue screwing over the consumer! Lets put an end to this company. Drive them out of business.
They even admitted in an e-mail they sent another customer a shippment with only a 10% failure. Get a clue! We deal with many Asian manufactures, most of them do a great job for us. This company is on our scope.
