Worst ever customer service I have ever experienced and I am an avid Internet shopper. Candace was misleading as well as out of line in her lone of voice, demeanor and lack off professionalism.  This company needs an overhaul within the supervision department as there is no one in charge who seems to be able to tell the truth or follow up on orders.  I I ordered and paid for an item on April 5 and have yet to receive it as of July 3.  Was notified by the shipper it wont be coming until possibly leek week.  Third time it has beeN rescheduled.  Candace, at candelabra, told me it was being loaded on the truck 8 days ago.  She did not return calls or emails, was blatantly deceiving and could have cared less while she raised her voice at me.  Which I had read revews on this company before I ordered from them!  Have reported them to the BBB in Charleston and hope to get some results.  Beware and go elsewhere to order.
