Simmons Mattress Simmons Beauty Rest Do NOT buy from this comany!!!! Internet, California

Hello, My name is Laurina ****.  My finance and I bought a Simmons Bed in February 2012.  For the last 3 months, we have had nothing but problems. The mattress is lumpy, uncomfortable, different depths of depressions in different areas, saggy and causing us sleepless nights and back issues.  We spend $2200 dollars on this mattress just 9 months ago (I still currently have $1500 on the loan)!  The company came out to review the warranty claim that we submitted and said that (without any weight on it) that there are different sized depressions of no more than 3/4". 

They mentioned nothing of the fact that there are areas that are "raised" thus making the 3/4" more like 1 3/4".  This is absurd to us.  One of the reasons we were compelled to spend more money on this mattress was it's "customer satisfaction warranty"  which, they are clearly not abiding by.       

Measuring depressions without any weight on it doesn't make logical sense to me..it's like saying, "This knife is warrantied to be sharp for a life time" and then judging it's sharpness by the knife's ability to cut through air!  he functionality of a mattress is how much it sags or feels when you lay on it.  Case and point.  The "warranty" is a sham made to make the company money regardless of how many unsatisfied customers there are.  

Simmons has our backs up against the wall...and our backs hurt!!!!
