I ordered Dish Tv 11-16-2001 and as of yet I have not received anything from them. I have called and e-mailed to no avail. I also e-mailed Dishnetwork thinking they would help. WRONG! I was on hold today 1-4-2002 for 45 min. waiting for them to come back and explain.
