I reviewed the site and decided to sign on as a customer and rep. Shortly after signing on my sponser was asked why I am being asked to pay for the phone. He said you pay and they re emburse you 20 a month of your service bill. When I received the phone it was not working right.Then I tried to put and add on my facebook page. I wrote the add, and when I typed in my solavei sign in name it would blank me out and solavei's home web sight info would come up.They were taking overt my add, and they would get the possible Lead. I contacted my sponser. He basically said I'm not in this business to make money. If someone wants a phone I get them one. If he would have said that in the beginning, I would not have signed up. He said he makes his online money in the vacation business.. Mean while my phone was not receiving calls on a regular basis. I had real dificulty making calls out. Buttons were not working right. The phone would flutter. It was a mess. I contacted my sponser again. He never responded b ack about that.. He did send me info on another on line business opportunity. I was not very happy.
I complained to Solavei.. that didn't work. I never got the 20.00 a month taken off my sevice bill. Then I complained because I was not being chared 49.00 a month . It was 58.00 plus a month. I called and I wrote. Then I was finally tole that they messed up and would reemburse me for the phone that I paid for. I told hem that thw phone was not working right and i was missing important calls from my medical provider , business clients, and friends. They told me they would change it out for a new one. Then they would re emburse me monthly. I wanted to be re embursed for the ten dollar a month over charge, and the monthly service was no good with out a phone that didn't work.
I also wanted to chance my sponswer. I just keep getting run around. Four months have passed.I have heart problems and my VA blood monoriting dept wrote me and told me they are having difficulty getting in totch with me. If i miss any more apointments they with not continue with me as a patient. My cell phone is my life line. My wife had a fall at work and had to be taken to the hospital, they were not able to get a call through to me. I worte them and they write a note back , but they haven't done anything yet to help. I still can't use the phone. I just wrote the again and told then to not take any more money out of my acount and re emburse my money. I expected that done this week. or I would get professional help. I has been much worse then I could even write. I am a 100 % disabled Veteran. a Paralized body, constant pain, and I can't take much more stress. My heart needs to be monitored. I need cell service that i can depend on.
As it stands now their referal money making opportunity is of no value to me. I would not refer them to anyone.. I am getting nothing for my money and I really don't think they care. All they have to do is pay me back and I'm gone. They still haven't changed a phone I paid for. There a Phone service Company !!

From what I read, the problem is not Solavei, There are a lot of bad people who just go to sign people up and then leave them and never care for them. I'm so sorry about your situation, But honestly Solavei did nothing wrong, Solavei is a company offer service and help people have a chance to share with other and earn some extra income.
You are talking about the 20$ off, that means you need to share with 3 others so You can get 20$ every month, as long as your people still keep using the service.
I don't see anything about scam here, why people keep calling scam, scam is when someone take your money and you don't recieve anything. Solavei offer service and we pay for our service with cheaper price, so I don't think this is scam. I just got 120$ on my pupple card 2 days ago. I don't care what those people out there think about it, I just know I have some money to pay my gas and I don't have to pay for my phone bill anymore.

Your complaint is not with Solavei, and there is no video you are referring to. The complaint should be about the distributor who I will assume signed you up for Solavei and that person sold you a bad phone.
Solavei does not sell phones direct to the public or offer free phones. They are a MLM business and use T Mobile's network.
The phone service is $49.00 and you have to buy a SIM card for $9.00. Then the service is $49.00 per month. If you sign up three people, you get a $20.00 discount per month, and there are several ways to get service free and make money. I would be happy to help you but I can't.
Solavei has 175,000 members to date and many of those operate retail locations across the country.
I am a distributor (NOT in Florida), only offer new phones to my down line, and no one has ever had the problems you describe. The analogy I can use is blaming DirecTV because you bought a used TV that doesn't work so the picture isn't clear.
I also look at the grammer in the complaint and in my opinion the person who filed this complaint is not very educated. The complaint is with your distributor so you should file a Ripoff report about the distributor so others don't have the problems you experienced.
