I have been going to Online Soputh University since last FebruARY, I have failed two classes. One was statistics and I got a D. The professor was terrrible. Taught us nothing. You basically read and learned on your own. Now I retook the class with a super professor and got an aA. wHEN i MENTIONED THIS TO MY ADVISOR she said oh it is because you already took the class,  Of Course I had to pay for both classes. This just happened again to me I took Managerial Economics received a D. Professor taught nothing assumed you knew it already.  I am one week from finishing class AGAIN WITH DIFFERENT PROFESSOR AND i HAVE AN A+ Go figure.  Is this their policy of getting more money. Failing you and then making you pay agin and get an A. It makes no sense to me how I can jump from a D to an A+   I don't care if I have seen the material already or not. With a D I obviousdly did not get it. Then to jump to an A is just too bizzare. I was just wondering if any one else has had the same scenario happen to them.

And you wonder why people think online degrees are worthless.

This school wouldn't have an online course in basic logic, would they?   If so, I strongly suggest that you take it, fail it, and take it again.    Maybe then this all won't be so mysterious.

Online classes

There are differences between taking an in-class and online-class. For online classes, you are expected to learn most of the material by yourself because all the material needed should be online for you. For in-class classes, you would still need to prepare yourself, but you would have an opportunity to ask questions from the professor face-to-face. The advantage of asking question in person is that you are guarantee to get acknowledgement or  reply from the professor. Online professors tend to ignore students and that could discourage students from learning.

Is it bizarre to get from D to A+? No, it is not. If you take the class from the same professor and you get it that way twice, it is still not bizarre but it is unlikely. I have got 2 Bachelor of Science degrees that are taken in 2 different places and time periods. One is from my home country and the other is in the U.S. When I took calculus III back in my home country, I got a D. 10 years later when I started another Bachelor in this country, I took it again and I got an A. For me, the material was not sunk in when I took it the first time. So, it is possible to get that jumping grade. (The grade I got for calculus I, II, and III back in my home country were B, A, and D. The grades I got here were all As.)

Really?

You cannot spell or form a sentence and you think that you failed then passed because they set up classes that way?? Unbelievable.  I suggest you go back to high school and learn grammar before you post another illiterate post.
