Kim and Devon came to my apartment in Euless, Tx the day we were moving out and had been hired to thoroughly clean my apartment. She claimed to have helped hoarders. She came in and gave us a big schpeal about what the apartment would be worried about and just cleaned according to that idea. That basically meant throw some bleach around and only focus on the refrigerator and microwave. Didn't touch the toilets, entry way floor, kitchen floor, sink, oven, carpet, or even dust. We called later to complain and she said to call management and show them her business card, which she provided as receipt, and if they would not help resolve the problem, that she would refund our money. After no such luck with management, we tried her back and she said she would send a full refund......well 3 months later she has stopped responding to calls and texts so I have resorted to this which I warned her I would do. Very dishonest couple. BEWARE
