Soylent Black charge of $3.99 appeared on my At&T bill. I notified AT&T and was told these people get your phone number and sign you up for a monthly service. AT&T was very nice and removed the charge and also told me they will block my phone from receiving any further attempts like this again.

Scam, no doubt, from stupid people.
