Speedy Pc Pro ,offered a computer program that does not work after indicating that it would be able to fix any computer problems no matter what they were. They charged me 39.94 through their affiliate  Safecart.com which Safecart billed my Pay Pal account for the 39.94 and also added a annual recurring renewal that was not authorized by me when they billed my account.Both of these companies are ripoffs.
