This company severly overcharged my elderly mom for magazines. For example, 3 years of Guideposts for $109.00. Guideposts only charges $36.95. She already had a subscription through someone else and they told her to just ignore them. She was billed $409.96 on a credit card for subscriptions that should have only been $150 to $200 at most. Then they began calling and made multiple calls claiming she owed more money to finish out the contract (she did not have any contract). They did not give her the prices and basically conned my mother into buying high priced magazines. Naturally they hide behind a 30 day return clause. I have only found now, over year later, what happened so we are outside the 30 day window. Their reperesentative, Dawn Kersey, absolutely refused to grant any refunds or mailing addresses or pass me on to her supervisor.

They were rude and refused to let me speak with someone in charge and would not provide me with any sort of mailing address to send any kind of letter about their service. They claimed no knowledge of having made any kind of calls.
