Steven Mangarell, tns-hosting.net, i-netwebhost.com, stole my domains, entered false reports to credit reporting agencies, filing a claim under a false Terms Of Service agreement Vero Beach, Calhoun Nationwide

I used to work for that company a long time ago and everything that was done was to company guidelines and i never talked to him directly he reports me i was a employee not a owner of the company my name should be taken off the report is was the company that did it to him now me i was tech support not billing all i ever did for this guy was set up his site for him and never talked to him again after that day

I never once refused to pay for service. I have logs where I have repetedly said "you will get paid." I even asked for the "Business" mailing address, not Steve's. Even after I said we had a death in the family, and told Steve, he would be paid, even gave the name of the family member that dided, so he could call my local paper, to make sure I was not "lieing", I was still harrassed. Corey doesn't know the whole story, but I have kept my logs.I can glady send them. They will show the kind of "Business" person Steve is.If Corey would like to cantact me personally, my yahoo is Malikai1976, I will give him my home phone from there, or call him, whichever is best, but I refuse to do business with Steve personally.I never said anyone took my domains, I said he threatened to freeze them. I have logs to prove he said that.Steve stated he was on the phone with WIPO, and his brother was talking to pay pal as we spoke. As for the TOS(terms of service) with I-Net if you go to order a pachage, and try to click on the TOS, it is a dead link, so how can ANYONE agree to something they can't read? Steve wasn't even talking about the I-NET TOS, he was talking about a TOS agreed to when I was with TNS.TNS is a parked domain. I haven't been able to talk to anyone else, as all the contact info on I-NET is linked to Steve.If I ever talked to one of my customers, the way that Steve talked to me, I wouldn't expect anything from them.Then he went as far as to say he didn't care if he sounded business-like or not.So, I refuse to do business with Steve.If Corey would like to talk to me , he can contact me. I have never once said that I refused to pay, but I won't send any more money to Steve personally.

ok to start off this update. per my hosting being moved from tns hosting and to inet hosting. i talked with Mr. Mangarell on the phone during my sites being placed onto an inet server. if you go to inets website and order service directly of the site, you will get a Terms Of Service Agreement. But seeing as how i did not use the site to order hosting, but was rather asked over the phone, and simply placed onto the server i did not see nor sign a Terms Of Service Agreement. so i ask you all how can i be in breech of an agreement i never saw nor signed?

As for mr. Corey in the rebutal. i have never talked to him directly, nor seen anything to signafy him as tech, or co-owner of inet. he has never dealt with me nor my account. all but save to suspend the accounts on the 4th of the month on several accasions one day after due date. if he has that stated in his Tos. once again i have only seen it finaly after 4 months. only after haveing 17 differents people disect the site for it. so with all that said in order for me to have see, or signed, and agreed to a tos agreement with inet i would have had to directly sign up for an account which i did not do, but was placed into the server via Steve Mangarell. also i have nerver stated to Mr. Mangarell, nor Mr. Corey i would not pay for my hosting (EVEN THO I NEVER SAW OR SIGNED A TOS) but rather stated to Mr. Mangarell on several occasions that i would pay via paypal as soon as the funds were in place. but was threatened to be reported to a credit beure, and wipo contacted and my domains be contested by Mr. mangarell, for ownership. it has also been stated by mr mangarell that he has stolen the domains of several other former clients upon there leaveing his hosting. but that is hearsay to me.

This Guy Aquired Hosting With Us Apon A Merger Of Two Companys. The Terms Of Service Stats That All Customers Must Give A 30 Day Notice Apon Leaving Or They Are Still Responcable For Payment Of Said Month .

Mr.Timothy McCarty Of Georaga Already owed Us $2 From The Previous Month That We Let Slide Because He Said He Would Pay Us That With This Months Payment. Which He Has Not Payed Along With The $42 Dollers For The Months Hosting He Tryed To Skip Out On. We Have Contacted Wipo On this Matter Yes What There Doing On It is Not In Concern Of Our Company.

We Did Not Take His Domains He Is Still Running Under Them On A New Host. The Domains In Question Are As Followed COLLECTIVERADIO.COM, FAIRYENCHANTMENT.COM, RAL-DESIGNS.COM, SOUTHERNDREAMSWEBHOSTING.COM

That He Accuses Us Of Stealing Which He Still Owns We Have Contacted Paypal And Put In A Dispute For Payment For Our Service's But As Of THis Time Paypal Has Not Frozen His Account And If They Do Thats Between Him And Them. We Have Also Contacted The Credit Beuro As A Florida/Georga Corpration We Have All Right To ThisNon Payment
