Placed order for goods with Sticker Shoppe on 10-15-2011 and cost cleared my bank 5 days later. All I have received is an e-mail order confirmation. Made 4 "when will it ship?" inquiries and have had no response.

How long do I have to wait for something advertised and pre-paid that should have been received weeks ago?
