The phone number (772)919-7660 shows online to be a voice over IP phone number.

 

The Stuart, FL police state that it is a cell phone number that is registered to the address:

Port St. Lucie, FL 34952

Apparently Port St. Lucie is the next town over from Stuart according to the Stuart Police person that I spoke with
