*REBUTTAL Owner of company: We are in Good Standing / Compliant
Person received "payment review notice" in the mail referencing their specific mortgage. Person received and signed agreement to pay $2,000 plus legal fees in exchange for representation. Person was told over the phone to pay the party 2 months of mortgage instead of to the bank and they would "take care of it". I advised the person to cancel the contract within 5 days as was stated on the contract could be done by signing and mailing the cancelation form. I believe this amounts to an attempt at fraud.

Here are Support, we are in GOOD STANDING with all regulations and compliance.
We would never advise a client to miss any mortgage payments.
In fact, ALL of the calls are recorded for compliance and monitoring purposes.
Before any client is accepted into processing, a compliance call is placed to discuss all the legal disclosures according to rules/laws/regulations.
The compliance call clearly states that it's the homeowner's sole discretion to make their mortgage payments on time.
If the original person who posted this blog would reach out to us, we can provide the recorded call as proof/evidence so you can remove this claim.
If you do not reach out to us, then this blog is making false claims.
