This company (Supreme Brands, LLC) sent to my house a green tea energy weight loss dietary supplement.  I did not or every would order any supplements on line.  I would purchase at my local drugstore.

Enclosed with the supplements was an invoice of $5.95.  Stating on the invoice that this charge will appear on my credit card state as healthtp.com.

First of all I did not order these supplements and secondly I don't know how they or anyone would get my credit card number.   I do not want this supplement and I most certainly do not expect to see any charge of $5.95 on my credit card statement.  I would like to find out how they got my name, address, etc. and my credit card number.  I'm hoping that they do not have a cc # and this is just a scam hoping that I will send them the money.  Boy are they wrong.  I do not pay for anything I do not order, or buy.

Don't Understand Your Thought Process in Posting This

AUTHOR: Devin - (U.S.A.)

Dear Customer,

I'm very sorry to hear about your situation - based on what you have posted it would appear that you are likely the victim of fraud; this means that someone has obtained your credit card information and used it to sign-up for a trial offer from us.

The best way to resolve this is to contact our company - in the shipment you received their is an invoice with our customer service number. This number is also listed on the bottles of product. So please do call our customer service department at 866-221-8822 so that we can investigate the situation for you.

What I don't understand is your thought process in posting this complaint - if you didn't order something but were shipped it, you are the victim of fraud and need to take important steps to obtain new credit card information. This means that our company is the victim of fraud as well in this case, so it doesn't make sense to complain about our company as we are in the same boat together and will be the one you need to contact to assist you in resolving this.

The only way we get information from customer's is when they submit it to us - so you either ordered from us or your information was stolen and used to place the order.

Either way you, if you want to resolve this you need to contact us directly as opposed to complaining anonymously.

Devin
