I purchased a watch from Swiss Replica Watch Company about one year ago. The watch kept good time and held up well up until about 45 days ago and then things begin to fall apart, literally! The hour markers at 1, 2, 6 and 9 o'clock fell off and then the 12 oclock marker on the bezel fell off.
After contacting Swiss Replica Watch Company for repair they finally contacted me after 2 weeks of emailing. The watch was shipped for repair to an address in Houston, Texas and after 3 weeks of waiting finally arrived from an address in Ohio!
When the watch was returned I noticed that the screw set used to adjust the date and time would not allow me to make the needed adjustments and the entire movement was loose idangling inside the casing!
I tried contacting the company for another return authorization for repair but have yet to receive a postive response.
This company loves to brag about the high quality of its products but I can tell you from first hand experience their watches are junk and the customer service they advertise is an absolute joke! Please do not fall victim to this company and save your hard earned money from this scam.

After filing a ripoffreport.com I received a reply from Swiss Replica Watch Company, i.e Best Swiss.com. They stated that if I would remove the negative report they would repair or replace my watch with a new one. I replied and said, after all i have been through i would only accept a new one.
Ripoffreport.com does not allow for the removal of a report but does allow for an update which can be positive if the consumer has a good experience. I communicated this to Swiss Replica watch Company, i.e. Bestswiss.com and confirmed that I would gladly make a positive report if they would stand by their offer. I gave them a deadline of 5PM CST 5-2-08 and asked them to update me with a reply and delivery of my watch replacement. There has been no communications.
This company is the definition of bad customer service and ripoff status. Please do not spend your money with this company. The products are junk and the price for so called " swiss quality" is outrageous!!
