Synergy Technical Solutions Corporation Failure to pay for services Boca Raton Florida

I Was suppose to get paid for service work while working In Eau Calire WI area during the month of March 2009 I found out pay was to be first week in May 2009. I noticed per there web site a check was cut on May 5th 09 i waited almost a week and no check. I then called and spoke to Mat I was told checks would be sent out either byt he 13th or the 16th as they where having problems with vendors paying them. Well this dows not forgive I was suppose to be paid already.

Well it is now may 27th and mat keeps putting off the pay date for the March 09 payment and says he is sending out the payment for the month of April services, I keep inquiring about getting the rest of the payment and he now wants me to wait until June01 for a paycheck. I feel this company is avoiding paying me and keeps putting off the payments. I have done contract work for 15 years and NEVER been treated this badly.
