TCF Bank has officially proved to me that being a loyal customer for 18 years means absolutely nothing but instead ripping people off is the new wave of banking.  $322 of overdraft fees that are completely fraudulent and a refusal to communicate or resolve the problem.  I will be taking this as far as it can go and although I know my small voice cannot stop them I am going to make some noise.

" $322 of overdraft fees that are completely fraudulent.."

You owe it to yourself and others to report this fraud...if indeed it IS fraud. Have your facts when you report it...you don't want to look foolish.

How, exactly, did this bank act in a fraudluent manner?

Without evidence to the contrary, I would guess you had multiple NSF charges for overdrafting your account....don't think this would be fraud....on the banks part.
