TD BANK illegal stealing of your funds! Fraudulantly Stealing money out of your account! boothwyn, Pennsylvania

TD Bank was part of a class action law suit for our unethical practices, but we continue to steal customers money and get away with it.  TD Bank paid 64 million in files but TD Band earned much more in fradulent overdraft fees.

The REAL story is complainer is wailing because they NEVER kept written records, NEVER kept a running balance and NEVER knew their exact balance when he/she kept using the ATM card!  Since they had no clue what the balance was AND they continued to draft the account they ended up GIVING THEMSELVES overdraft fees because they cannot and will not manage their own checking account!  Imagine this...this is their account with their money in it and they HAVE ZERO CLUE what the balance is in THEIR OWN ACCOUNT!  Laughable, isn't it???  Then, when they give themselves overdraft fees, oh, its the bank's fault, its tricky accounting, its a great big conspiracy by the bank to get "the little guy".  Get out the nearest wastepaper basket...its time to throw up! 

If you are a bank employee eavesdropping here...do you see how easy it is to CASH IN on this profit maker?  Imagine how much MORE INCOME you can realize by increasing those overdaft fees!  Its like taking candy from a baby!  Why not take advantage of it?  These people have all the excuses in the world and blame everybody but their own stupidity!  Come on...what kind of person has a checking account but doesn't know what's in that account and continues to use it?  Increase those fees!  Its like gold!!!
