I get a bill for services thru period 4-09-14 thru 5-09-14  of 117.00 due on 4-22-14 so here I go to pay today 5-2-2014 and it shows a new bill generated 5-2-14 due the same day. 

 

After multiple chat sessions with multiple agents that want to dance around teh issue and not acknowlege the simple error, tehy will explain it away like it is due, ..How can a bill generated 5-2-14 be due 5-2-14. 

 

The agents lie, lie, lie, lie, shove you off to another chat scumbag who does the same thing, then finally get an agent to admit the error, but will not fix it....and will get me to not one person that will fix it. 

 

This is a design to thieve from the public and Keith Cocozza of the Time Warner Company are so filthy rich, they don't care who tehy steal from. 

 

No managers so I will put he top scumbag Keith Cocozza photo here to let everyone know he is the top thief of the company, top scumbag that is allowing this fraud to carry one.

Why do they not tell you if you downgrade, or vice versa, that you wont be able to have that same promotion and that no superviwor whatsoever will have any authority to fix it and what they do is run you around, around, around in a spin cycle and tell you every story but what pertains to your issue, danceing around the issue and for the life of me they will not fix a thing, ...until, you request a manager call back...and only one.....only one hancling this,.....why is it they just dont say that, GET OUT OF THE SPIN CYCLE, JUST REQUEST A MANAGER CALL BACK FROM NOW ON AND HTEY WILL GET TIRED OF ONE PERSON HANDLING ALL HEAT. 

 

AVOID THE SPIN CYCLE WITH TIME WARNER, ASK FOR MANAGER CALL BACK. ESCALATE IT BECAUSE I HAVE PERSONALLY BEEN THRU THEIR SPIN CYCLE. 

 

YOU TRUST that this is one bill you can manage, to maybe have it clear. ...why the constant promotions, to keep us confused is my bid. Advertising, yeah, but the difference in bill amounts will make them the money. 

How much is enough. When will they teach the supervisors they have to actually see and handle an issue instead of trying to confuse you, spin around the issue? Amazing the amount of phone time that would be saved, imagine that, .....just will never be fond of this company for the stress it puts you through to get something simple accomplished, and where are teh caveats when you try switching to save or to upgrade. 

This was all over me wanting a lower bill, so i chose what I thought would be basic services including internet, so that day while im here, they cut me off, and then had no channels, not any, period, nada, none, so i called 30 minutes after and went through the spin cycle to get it switched back, granted i know it would take time, but getting to a supervisor finally, sd yes, will be out in the morning to swiitch it back and will revert me back to what i had, ..good deal, month later, HIGH BILL, and the spin cycle over my bill being higher, and generating a bill the same day and making it due the same day. why on earth cant time warner make it simple for its consumers intead of treating me like a bum, all because in the end, they cant help you anyway, but would lie to you and spin your issue to nothing. they really rely, in my opinion of you not wanting to waste time, cuz it sure will waste your time and efforts, your stress level goes way up and all because.....one issue after another. so let tehm know, it is not okay to have supervisors that actually have no supervision powers. spin cycle. get out of it.
