I paid Regina Fyola as a representative of that business, the amount of $3800 for helicopter flight training. Subsequent to the payment, around March or April, I asked for a full refund, as there was considerable difficulty scheduling any flights due to them only having one helicopter for training at the time. I could not see me completing training there and as I had another avenue to pursue helicopter flight training, I asked Regina for my refund.

I made many phone calls that went unanswered and when I did manage to speak with Regina, she made excuses of being extremely busy as they were planning to move to a new facility.

After many months of cat-and-mouse games, I finally went to their facility at Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport on the 11th of November, 2012 and confronted Regina. She then refunded me an amount of $500 electronically and offered to refund the rest at two-week intervals in payments of $500 each. Her excuse was that they were very busy with planning the new facility and was a bit short on funds for the same reason.

After this first (and last) payment from Regina, I made multiple phone calls and sent several emails, most of which went unanswered. I requesting the outstanding amount be returned on several occasions and asked for clarification on the refund status.

Around April 2013 I contacted Regina again be telephone and asked when she would return the outstanding amount. She offered at this time for me to complete a mountain-flying course in lieu of returning the $3300 she owed me. First she said the $6000 course ( a 10 hour course) then she corrected herself and offered the $9000 course (a 15 hour course). At this time I had plans to complete my helicopter training with a different school and so I accepted this offer as such training is very valuable.

I have since completed my helicopter training with a different school (anybody who wants to get decent training from a respectable person and NOT GET RIPPED OFF, please contact me, I will put you in touch with an affordable and first class school that won't mess you around) and have added Helicopter Commercial and CFI (FAA Certified Flight Instructor) rating to my pilot certificate.

On my return from completing my training I phoned Regina on the numbers I had for her in order to arrange the mountain flight training she had offered. Her cellphone (I believe) number was not operational. Neither was Stuart McQuillan’s. I did not have Mike Fyola’s number to call him. I also called the number for TYJ Global and was presented with a voice mailbox message from Regina Fyola stating that they were in the process of moving. I have called this number several times since and it goes to viacemail with a full mailbox so you cannot leave any messages.

#2 Consumer Comment

Stewart and Honey Mcquillan-TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC/Return Flight-Mike and Regina Fyola

AUTHOR: Got Ripped Off - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, January 22, 2014

Stewart Mcquillan represents himself to consumers preyed upon by TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC as 'The Conflict Resolutions Officer' for TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC.  Stewart Mcquillan tells consumers that he is working on the issues where funds were paid to TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC for services/training not recieved and will be mediating their case as the 'Conflict Resolutions Officer' at TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC, stating that he will be personally reviewing files and financial records of said students.  Anyone not affilitated with TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC should and would not have access to these records.  The fact that Stewart Mcquillan is in charge of the resolution of conflicts and has access to students' personal, flight and financial records indicate that he is very much associated and intertwined with TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC and the Fyolas.

Funds paid for at least one Helileg (and suspected others) by a parapalegic student enrolled in the Return Flight Program by Regina Fyola were processed through Regina Fyola and paid to TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC.  When that Helileg failed to work as promised and was returned to Regina Fyola and a refund requested, the correspondence via email from Regina Fyola stated that the student owed additional monies for flight time that was supposed to be offset by a deal made directly with the student by Regina Fyola for various services that this student could provide as photographer, videographer and website designer to offset flight costs along with donations made to Return Flight.  This sort of deal made by Regina with students and others are common practice and part of the scam.  It would appear that Stewart Mcquillan and Return Flight are very much associated with the Fyolas and TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC.

Regina Fyola represents herself as the 'Flight Operations Supervisor' for Return Flight on FB which now seems to have been changed in the last day or so??  Why is that?  The Return Flight web site shows Regina Fyola as the 'Return Flight Program Director' as well as the contact for funds paid and donations made to Return Flight.  Regina Fyola has informed consumers that Honey Mcquillan is processing audits for students of TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC which is one of the many excuses consumers are given as the reason for the delay in refunding money owed. It would appear that Stewart Mcquillan and Return Flight are very much associated with the Fyolas and TYJ Global Helicopters, LLC since Regina Fyola runs the Return Flight Program.

Incorrect Facts about Stewart McQuillan that's been associated with TYJ

AUTHOR: Stewart McQuillan - ()

POSTED: Saturday, January 18, 2014

I have noticed that my name is dragged into this conflict. It always helps if the individual that posts blogs check that their facts are accurate.

Fact, My wife, Honey McQuillan, and I , do not work for TYJ, we are associated by Return Flight being at the same location. It is true that we helped on a voluntary basis, with some of the office tasks.

We are not in anyway responsible for any financial issues that any complainants may have with TYJ. We did not receive or process any funds paid to TYJ.  Regina Fyola asked me if I would countersign checks for TYJ only when funds permitted, so don’t shoot the messenger. Your dispute is with TYJ, not myself or my wife.

My wife and I are not a paid employees or directors of TYJ.  Return Flight has nothing to do with TYJ or student training.  Any payments made by students, customers and clients go directly to Regina Fyola since she owns TYJ not me nor my wife or Return Flight.

I hope this clears up any misunderstandings.
