The CMI Group Credit Management LP Put negative report on my credit for over a year because I share same name as my dad Carolton, Texas

My father and I have the same name. Charter Communications used CMI group as a creditor for my father's account. They flipped a coin and put it on my credit history. I've been rejected from credit cards and had a harder time buying a house because of their actions. I assumed it was because I didn't have any credit. I ended up wasting money getting needless shared secure loan and other things to establish a credit history. They wasted an enormous amount of my time. Charter said they only gave them a name and address but no social or DOB. I have the recorded calls here:
