Hurricane trust company lured me in by advertising in the Orlando Post that they offer 100% ez financing for home purchase.

In addition, they also state in their advertisment that they can help you regardless of your credit score. When talking to the owner of the company he assured me that he could help me.

I asked him if he could use a copy of my credit report in order to help me get a mortgage and he told me could.

It took him two weeks to come to the assumption that he would have to let his mortgage broker in Califorina pull my credit report.

Consequently, the mortgage company was listed as the Magix Corporation. When I told him that I did not agree to the company pulling my credit he told me this would be okay. Moreover, he stated that he would give me the contac number for his mortgage broker and that she would not need to pull my credit because I had already given him a copy of my credit report.

Never the less, when I talked to his mortgage broker at Priorty Financial services she told me that he told her I said it was okay to pull my credit. So she pulled my credit and told me that she could help me obtain a mortgage in order to purchase the property. When I went to the office both she and the realtor investor were present. They told me that they had a lot of propeties and they just needed to get me qualified.

In addition, they also told me that leasing a home in option to buy would be the best case scenario for me. When I asked her about getting a house on a 30 year fixed rate she told me it would be impossible. In addition, she also told me about the investors they had who were looking for people who wanted to purchase lease with option to buy. She said that I could lease a home for 900.00 or $1000.00 a month as apposed to purchasing it for $1,700.00 a month and that they would do both a lease option and sales contract for a home as soon as I agreed to the lease option process.

This company is pretending to help people get homes when in all actuality they pulled my credit without my consent and just wasted my time on and option that I was not interested in. Moreover, the realtor investor never showed me a list of the houses he owned. Nor did I sign any type of paper work stating that it was okay for Priority Financial Service to pull my credit report and work for me as my mortgage broker.

I Stand By This Statement I'm About To Make About Sabrina's Report.

AUTHOR: Frank - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, December 16, 2006

I recently found out that a former customer of mine reported my company to this service. First of all I want to thank this service for allowing me to rebut these allegations. When this came to my attention I thought how can this be reported without anyone investigating what happened. Just take her word for this with no regard for the other side. That's not justice.

Here's my side. She called me regarding buying a home and did say she didn't want her credit pulled. She said she wanted to use her mom's income as well. I personally talked to her mom and she agreed to have her credit pulled. I took the authorization form to her in person and she signed it.

Valerie, who is the complaintants real name emailed me her credit report and I emailed it to the mortgage broker working with Magix Corporation explaining she didn't want her credit pulled. The mortgage broker said he preferred to use his own report to review her status. I passed this on to Valerie *****. She said she would let them pull the credit so I drove over to her home and dropped off an authorization form. She called 2 days later and said she didn't want it pulled. So I didn't take her through The Magix Corporation.

I called a mortgage broker here in town I've done business with. Gave her the information and left it in her hands. This mortgage broker's name is Karen. I told Karen that this customer didn't want her credit pulled. When I found out about this report I called Karen and she saids she did receive authorization from Valerie. Karen has her tax returns, check stubs, etc. I was there personally when Valerie ***** was there with her daughter.

The Hurricane Trust didn't pull her credit, The Magix Corporation didn't pull her credit. Priority Financial did with her permission according to Karen which I believe. Valerie wanted to buy a 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms on the east side of town. Because of her mother's credit we couldn't use her income so we just used Valerie's. This kind of home where she wanted to live will cost at least 300,000.00. Valerie ***** only makes 1700.00 a month. So how could she afford it? So we talked to her about a lease purchase in which she could also use her mom's income since I have sources who offer them and we would refinance her into the home a year later. We didn't bother showing her homes until we knew how much home she could afford. She hated the idea but it was the only way for her to get that much home. How are we ripping her off?

I Frank Baker knew nothing of Karen pulling her credit (proof of that is I emailed Karen Valerie's credit report. Why would I email her the report just for her to pull another one. That doesn't make sense) but Karen guarantees she did get authorization from Valerie over the phone. I can't authorize any one to pull Valerie's credit without her permission. More proof of that is when she refused to allow The Magix Corporation to pull her credit we pulled her from the Magix Corporation. So why would I not do the same with Priority Financial? I'm not privy to Karen and Valerie's conversations. Karen saids Valerie told her over the phone she could pull the credit.

Valerie ***** is using the name Sabrina in her complaint. The Hurricane Trust, The Magix Corporation and Priority Financial are 3 separate companies independent of each other. For her To write this without talking to any of us is criminal. Karen and I have worked together before and I've never known her to do anything unethical. We worked hard to service Valerie.

We did not mislead Valerie in any way we just told her what options we felt were best for her and she got uspset with what we had to say. Fact is, she can't afford a 200,000.00, let alone a 300,000.00 home by herself. I personally came to Valerie's home and her mother's on my time because of her work schedule. We didn't ask for any fees, application, etc. How's she getting ripped off.

The Hurricane Trust, The Magix Corporation had nothing to do with Valerie's credit being pulled. The Magix Corporation has an authorization form that must be signed before they will pull credit. The Hurricane Trust doesn't pull credit period. That's why we work with mortgage brokers, that's their job.

The fact of the matter is if Valerie would have stuck with us and allowed The Magix Corporation to pull her credit she would have gotten approved because that program is not based on her credit but how much house she and her mother can afford. She wouldn't have gotten a 300,000.00 home but she would've been approved for something.

If a client won't do what the lender saids they require them to do, in this case pull her credit on their own and Valerie refuses, how is it The Hurricane Trusts fault? She wouldn't do what the lender asked of her. Valerie's malicious defamation is heartbreaking.

Sincerely,

Frank Baker, Jr.
The Hurricane Trust
Trustee

Our company has nothing to hide so feel free to call us with any questions you may have. I noticed this complaintant didn't leave her contact information just a fake name. I wonder why she doesn't want anyone to contact her?
