Patrick Muldoon, ESQ is a good defense lawyer but is very tricky when it comes to money and retainer agreements.  He fights for the client so he can inflate fees. Get a copy of every document you sign with him initially.  He has a partner in crime Richard Devirian (Torrance). Tag team!! They allegedly lose your original RA and ask you to sign a new RA at settlement conference or they can't represent you. Richard Devirian is brought in at the end of your case as the henchmen.  Mr, Muldoon plays the good guy/resolver.  He's the head of the mastermind.  I had to hire a good lawyer to stop them from taking half of my recovery.
