Please note that despite your allegations, I have no power to 'force' anything on anyone.
You were met in court, and I defended myself from allegations you continue to make.
I could have sought the money I requested by the court, but I did not for your agreement to stop making allegations that were not supported or true.

We made an agreement and I gave you an address where Mr.Margolin was operating from. I believe we even shook hands upon leaving. What are you hoping to gain?

Now, due to a decision that never mentions my name, you again are seeking to make allegations that are not true. Did you even read the decision you have posted?

I did, I gave you Mr. Margolin's address and phone number.

Did you not think that I would send Margolin a letter notifying him that I would not be part of the lawsuit against him after the court date? Why would I NOT send the stipulation releasing me from the lawsuit to him??? Why would I allow him to try to get money from me for your damages???  Of course he had to know.

I do not know what you seek to gain by continuing to post improper statements.

As you know, this website will post any information regardless of whether it is true and will not remove it without a court order. Due to your lies and speculation, I will now have to get the court order for removal since you could not leave well enough alone.

On September 20, 2011, The Supreme Court of the State of New York Appellate Division: Second Judicial Department disbarred Brett K. Margolin.  This is the link to the court docs,

This is more than solid proof that they are criminals.

This is the reason why they switch names from "The Law Office Of Brett Margolin" to "Alarcon Law Group"

That court document was forced on me to sign by Mr Alarcon because he said that i didn't sign a contract with him.  It was signed with Brett Margolin.  Rory Alarcon tried to sue me for naming him in my Lawsuit.  He convince me that if I remove him from the lawsuit, he will make sure that I get a judgement against the Law Office Of Brett Margolin and he will help me to collect on the judgement by providing information on where to find Brett Margolin.

    I did get a judgement against The Law Office of Brett Margolin because no one showed up in court except for Rory Alarcon.  I also filed a complaint with the NYS Attorney General's office and when i received and answer to my complaint from The Law Office Of Brett Margolin, Through the NYS Attorney General's office,  Every single thing that was spoken about in court was listed in the answer from Brett Margolin.

    If Brett Margolin did not show up in court, How in the world would he know of every conversation between Rory Alarcon, the Judge and myself?  Rory Alarcon had to tell him.    This is why I am so certain that they are working together.

Going to court is a "trick in the book"?  A filed court document is "a trick in the book"?
Do you really mean that actually getting the matter before a real judge is "a trick in the book"?
Isn't posting something anonymously "a trick in the book"?

You are right, I posted the wrong one. Here is the original author's stipulation. Seems as if he agreed as well.  So now you have two stipulations in a real court of law rebutting this...

I'm not understanding the reason as to why you posted some court document to prove something. Clearly it isn't the original author of the post through your own acknowledgement. You address the author by name in your rebuttal and now you want to put another rebuttal with a DIFFERENT NAME saying the author "admits" to saying the companies are not the same. All you did by posting this was prove to myself and other consumers that you are dishonest and are indeed con artists. Thanks for showing everyone how MANIPULATIVE and CROOKED your company regardless of what name you you want to go by today is.

Court Stipulation noting Author's mistake.

Mr. Omar White:

You obviously did not read the Answer to your complaint. As I replied to you, you cannot simply lump my company in with your complaints regarding Brett Margolin without good reason.

You said yourself that you contracted with Margolin in August 2009, yet I showed you that my company was not incorporated until mid-2010. In other words, I never obtained any money from you or even knew you existed until you filed a complaint against me.

If you have issues with Brett Margolin, you need to speak with him, though I do not know where he is operating.

If I choose to use some former employees of Margolin that is my choice, and no client of mine has ever complained that my firm "does nothing".

Simply put, you may sue Brett Margolin for the money you paid to him, but you will not sue me for work I never was asked to do. Due to the problems caused by people incorrectly associating my firm with the older firm that occupied the space, I will have to move locations.
