The National Foreclosure Consultant Group affirm that they could assist me in getting a loan modification with my lender.  I am still struggling to make those payments. I have been flim-flam more than once.  I got the NFC Goup off one of the TV station web-site, it was listed as a good site to used for help.  It was only going to take three to four months for approval.  I forwarded all the request information.  The week of mother's Day I began receiving calls for a ligitation office stating that they had made attempts to contact my lender, and would keep in touch.  That story went on for two months, I finally gave the the young lady the phone number to include the cell phone to be sure that she would be able to reach the main man.  After that the calls stop coming. I still call the 877 number at least twice a week and get the recording listing the directory I, select them all one by one, there's no one there.  People need to be caught and fined.
