First tell me lies about my contract ended. Cut me short on the promotional rate i had.

Then signed me up as a new customer and said that i can call and waive the transfer fees. And i called numerous timessss still not settle!!

I saw promotional rate advertise on their website and ask for the same rate and get denied! Since customer loyalty = 0 for time warner cable i am going to switch my provider.

While chatting with the customer reprentative, he left the room before i can even settle all the issues with the company!!!!! Worst ever company i have ever dealt with!!
