Bought a MP3 watch , from Tmart , only because they appeared to be an American Company .
When it arrived it was Faulty , -- Would not charge properly , usb/charge socket Faulty ,
Watch itself did not work , dead battery ??
Reported to Tmart - Web chat , instructed me to return to UK. warehouse for re-fund ( done so by Royal Mail , Ist .Class )
Later could not find address on Google maps .
Since the I can not contact them only by Email , & in the past 3 days , three separate people have promised refunds , -- in 48 hours , 1 to 2 days , & last waiting for Paypal .
The cost claimed is 21.61 + postage !!!
Not a great amount , but Tmart , unwilling to settle .
Please be warned ! , Unless you want disappointment & Hassle , Do Not Buy From Tmart .
ps. I have now given up being reimbursed by Tmart , but people be warned .

Tmart Great store

I have bought an excellent product from Tmart. Last month I buy the Makeup Camouflage Concealer Palette. The 3 or 4-day, and customer service attitude is very good, also send a small gift to me. I think this is Great store, or will continue to focus on.
