Homeowners should get what they pay for and when it comes to top choice solar my customers DID NOT. Keith Parker - previously at Salt River Wind and Solar is the GM at top choice solar and ring leader but they all know what is going on. Phoenix Arizona

Top Choice Solar opened April 2013 - Customer # One and Two of this new company were riped off.
This report is only the rip off not how they tryed to fool and decieve them to think they had been doing solar for years not weeks.
I was recruited by them to sell their products and do marketing. This was a new company but I knew Keith Parker the GM and Angelo Shipley SM from another solar company I had worked for. I had met one of the owners Lee Marino many times when he was represting his last company (safe wire energy). So I felt good that the products and services I was selling would be top notch.
4 weeks after my first sale I heard Keith Parker purching the panels on the phone but he was telling them the incorrect model #. After he got off the phone I approached him about correcting the purchase he at that time said he would call them back and get it corrected. I asked him the next day and he told me he had made the correction.
3 weeks later I was on the roof of that same homeowner during the install and talking to Top Choice Solar installer. They told me that the panels were not what the homeowner plans called out for. So I checked them myself and took a picture of the label on them. Knowing now that they were the wrong panels I went to Top Choice Solar and talked to Keith Parker and at that time he told me that the panels I had sold and that he himself had given me pricing on were way more expensive (they had gone up in price for date of contract to when he order them 4 weeks later) so he stated that he had to get the lesser expensive panels and that they would be fine and that he would handle it with the homeowner. I then took the issue to the sale manger Angelo Shipley and he stated just let them do it the way they want to. I then asked the owners Lee Marino and Jerry Marino they assured me they would take care of the issue.
The next day I was on the outs with everyone at Top Choice Solar and nothing I did was correct. My other homeowners were then delayed and given the run around. I have tryed at every turn to do what is right for the homeowners/solar customers.
They then installed another one of my homeowner and did the same thing. When I asked they told me to shut the f**k up…
I just want the homeowners to get what they paid for and nothing more. It is hard enough to bridge the trust of solar. If they are willing to do this I’m sure there is other stuff getting ready to come up.
Top Choice Solar, Lee Marino, Jerry Marino, Keith Parker are all a big rip off...
The homeowners need to know they did not get what they paid for and WHY.

The pictures above are of my home. All of our paperwork and permits state that we were to receive 305 watt panels. We were given 300 watt. Some of our paperwork stated that we were going to receive mono panels, we received poly. We were deceived and lied to by Top Choice Solar. They also kept our APS rebate. Top Choice pocketed a lot of money assuming that we would never check the #'s. I must assume that this was not just one man behaving badly at the company, but the company must as a whole practice these deceptive behaviors. If not why didn't the installer catch it? Absolutely SHAMEFUL!

It is the sign of a spin doctor when you do not address the issue in the rebuttal. Lets try and stay on this one subject.
Please just post the invoice of the CS6X-P 305 that were put on Dr Bakers home. (54 x 305 CS6X-P).
There are so many issues with top choice solar I could go on and on about all of the ego's and junk that they bring to the table but that would not get us anywhere.
They are planning to move to Las Vagas NV so be ware NV.
As for my sucess at top choice solar I lost trust in the very begining and should have left then but "It was my bad move" to stay with a company I did not trust. Trust that the coustomer that see's my face in there home will get what they pay for in a timely manor.
If you do chose to use top choice solar understand you are taking a risk with your investment.
Most solar coustomer's never look or even know to look to see if there installer is putting on what they paid for thats why homeowners need a consultant that knows and will stand up if and when the time comes.
If you want solar great please take your time it's not a solar emergency review your contractor and stay away from TOP CHOICE SOLAR.

Im sadden to have to entertain and respond to these allegations. This former salesman JOHN EMMERSON of Glendale AZ actually owes TCS money and was very unsuccessful in selling solar. He makes false statements which are being handled legally. All of our customers are extremely happy with their install and the process with TC Solar. He has been harassing customers, office staff and management for some time. We have confirmed with his previous employer that he was escorted out of that office for the same issues. After we started getting complaints from customers about him and witnessing breakdowns in ours office attacking staff, I confronted him about the issues and he looked troubled. He explained he has "marital and serious financial problems that obviously is taking a toll on his mental state". We both agreed to part ways professionally and we wished him well. These allegations he makes are a total shock to us. We have numerous emails and texts from customers that he has been harassing. TC Solar has installed hundreds of solar customers and all extremely happy with our professionalism and workmanship.
