I bought this trailer two year ago almost to the day. I travel around the country, and fully depend on the trailer to haul my personal belongings and tools. I bought it from Mesa, Arizona, and felt a little apprehensive about it integrity wise, because I had never heard of the brand. I knew about Haulmark, Featherlite, and other well known brands, but not this brand. I took a huge chance on this trailer, it wasn't cheap, but a little cheaper than the other well known brands. Boy, did I make a mistake!!

The hardware, is so substandard. the rear folding door, is operated by a spring system with steel cables that wind up on a spool on both sides of the spring. These cables have always come off track, and bind up. Two, the lights on the trailer are always going out, which I had looked at in Warrenton, Virginia on two different occasions. I had left the trailer at their lot for weeks giving them plenty of time to fix, which they couldn't do.

I was told they have done everything they could do, and was left with lights turning off and on. The most annoying, thing that has gone wrong is the leaking on the roofing during rain in two different areas. I also had my trailer looked at twice this problem, both times I was told it should be fixed. It continues to leak on my personal belongs driving down the road during rain storms. Inspecting the top of the trailer, it looks like the surface of the moon.

All they did was slap a bunch of adhesive of some sort all over it, and obviously walked all over it denting the whole top severely. It looks terrible, and still leaks. The most aggrivating thing of all is getting someone on the phone, at any location. I am forced to call a 1-877 call center number which is very irritating, especially when I am upset about such things as leaks. Most of the time no one is available, and I have to leave my number.

I takes while before anyone gets back to me. I am so regreting buying a trailer from this company. It has proven to be a complete waste of money, and the trailer hasn't held up at all. I should've went with my instincts, and went with a well know trailer instead. Although, the "Interstate Pro" 6x10 trailer was a little cheaper, in the long run it just isn't worth it. The sales people at the Mesa Arizona location were very helpful, and courteous. But the product is complete garbage in my opinion. I would stay as far away from this brand of trailer as possible!!
