Travis decided out of the blue that he didn't want to do the whole marriage, family thing anymore. That was after 4 years of marriage and 2 children. Travis moved out and refused to pay any bills because "he didn't live there anymore." I had no choice but to move in with my parents which happened to be in Arkansas.

Travis filed for divorce just so he could "get the kids back in the state of Wisconsin." I had to hire an attorney to fight him which has cost a fortune. His attorney eventually quit (probably wasn't getting paid). I had to keep on with an out of state divorce that he filed! I have spent thousands of dollars on this, and he never even showed up at any of the court dates.

Travis was order to pay child support in May of 2001. He made his first payment near the end of July 2001. He was doing fairly well for about 2 months then he quit his job. He was tired of having his money taken out of his check. I haven't received any child support in 3 months and he is behind approx. $7000. He told me to quit going to college and work full time if I need money for the boys!

He promised the boys gifs and presents for Christmas and their birthday's in January. We are still waiting to see those. He says he won't come down here to see them because their home is in Wisconsin(even though our eldest son was born in Arkansas, and we got married in Arkansas).

If you see this person or know this person please turn him in to the Waukesha County Child Support Agency. His children deserve better. He owes them!
