Tristar Products, Inc. Health Master 100, pitchers defective, will not admit fault, emboldened Wallingford Connecticut

Bought Jack Lalannes Health Master 100. Pitcher is defective. After about 9 months of use the blade becomes loose and leaks. Bought a second one and same scenario. Spoke with Tristar on the phone. They will sell me another pitcher when available. I informed them the part is defective and they must know about it and that is the reason why they discontinued the product. Spoke with a supervisor and she told me to call back in 6 weeks to purchase another pitcher under warranty which will be basically purchasing a new pitcher at full price.
