This is the worst nightmare of a restaurant, with the craziest most abusive maniac type peopel working there dangerous aggressive and violent employees...this place has the utmost craziest sickest people working there- abusive harassing customers on a regular basis and now almost violently throwing food/change in their cars and slamming the doors shut on them ... I called the police to file a report for the way I recently got treated at this horror of a restaurant....have filed numerous reports on abuse, ill treatment etc... I went to pollo tropical tonight to order a chicken value meal. The psycho criminal (in my opinion) working at the window, his name is 'gerele" claimed they had no chicken and he would make some. I drove back and he proceeded to make chicken and then asked for my money. I handed him money and he was giving change back. I asked if he could put the change in a bag and put it with teh food. He then handed me the bag and I asked him if he could put it with the food. He flipped out and began yelling at me "WHY YOU COME EVERY NIGHT U COMPLAIN JSUT TAKE THE MONEY"!! and angrily almost violently threw the bag aggressively into my car and at me-- this to me is beyond dangerous and a psychopath lke that needs to be fired, and I would love to press charges against someone so sick...I callde the police who claiemd nothing could be done and that he should just be reported to corporate....it took him a while then to get the 'chicken' which I would never eat at this point... on top of that...he did not give me the full order and did not include the rice and beans- that is theft/stealing or whatever you want to call it, he also took the bag of food and then threw it aggressively into my car slammed the door and as he was slamming his window shut yelled "MY NAME IS GERELE YOU CAN CALL CORPORATE ON ME"!! and called me a "b***h." All this happened under the situation that I just asked him politely to put the money in a bag because I have a health condition and can't hold my arm out that far...this loser is a total psychopath his behavior to me was criminal and he needs to be fired from that place....evidently knew I had called 'corporate' on him and his fellow nutjob co-workers for harassing me in the past, and now they are not only harassing me continusouly but they are aggressively throwing things ni my car and at me....now the puerto rican psychos that work at this tropigrill are not only harassing and yelling at customers, but they are also throwing food and money at them almost in a violent disgusting manner and allowed to get away with it...it was almost closing time and I could not go inside or even get to anyone as this sicko slammed the window shut after yelling at me...I feel it was unfortunate that employees are allowed to do this to customers, and there is nothing anyone can do about it-- not law enforcement, and possibly corporate if you're lucky enough to get through to them? I know that had I or any customer thrown anythign at 'them' that they easily could call the police on someone and press charges, but employees are allowed to harass customers in this way? this is not right or fair...and something seriously needs to be done about this. I am in the process of potentially filing a law suit against tropigrill for this kind of extreme harassment and evidently nothign done about this crazy psycho angry violent employees that work there that are able to behave in this manner toward customers especially women or female customers. Will tropigrill read this and do something about this sick treatment or behavior of these violent jerks that work at this place and the terrible things they're allowed to do to innocent customes for no reason? harassment and yelling and name calling is bad enough, but the ability to throw food and things at customers and into their cars, not even give them their order and stealing from them or taking their money...and nothing is done about this?

tropigrill abuse-- tropigrill is a horrible chain...run by abusive hispanics...the employees that work there have no education, seem to be immigrants who acn't speak english, and they are hostile and abusive almost tyrannical towards loyal and good customers. and they are abusive at about every store. if they dislike you for any reason. they will harass and abuse you and they are like a cultic family or something. after being abused by one puerto rican to the next. it does not end. nothing done abotu the mistreatment. in fact, one of the managers who i had been abused by at one location, who mistreated me at the next. called me up to tell me to come back to get a 'free meal'. then once i bravely drove back there and almost frightened. to receive the free meal the next day, other managers were acting strange rude and weird. and i tried to explain to one of the lady's. what happened. she said "oh they know you...and i was at this location" and was defending their behavior and trying to blame it on you. ok customer service is bad these days, but an almost national or regional chain with mostly hispanic workers, who are excessively run obnoxious tyrannical almost. and have a right to be this way. not every manager or employee there is bad but they have many rude and obnoxious ones and they proudly keep them employed there it seems. they do not comp you for the abuse or the harassment or not even giving you what you ordered. they will say "oh she complains" and lie. even though you are a regular customer who went several times a week, did not complain unless they got your order wrong and that was rare. food chain restaurants are just abusive to customers in general and esp if you are a 'regular customer' they will do this to you more. even if u came several times a week they will start harassing you for being a regular customer. then you really get harassed badly. then you have food thrown at you -- they will 'punish' you for comnig a lot. in fact the more you go, the more annoyed they get. and then they begin the abusive behavior. what kind of society is this that people that work in fast food restaurants are allowed to terrorize customers in this way and get away with it. there is nothign you can do about this.. even worse people keep repeating "they have a right to refuse customers" -- on what grounds? or "don't go back". why is customer service allowed to even get to this level--violence or aggressiveness towards customers just for being customers? there is no excuse for this. they do not fire bad employees-- they just transfer them to another location and keep hiring the same psychos who are mean to customers if they dislike them in any way. their employees are allowed to get angry at you and throw things in your car and they are not fired for doing this. if you make a simple request like to put change in a bag they flip out start yelling at you and throwing things at you-- what kind of crazy society is this that people that work in restaurants-- are allowed to do this to customers and get away with it. and instead of trying to apologize to the customer, they'll lie about them and say "oh they know you". and even say "that's what happens when they know you' so apparently if you are a regular customer, and like the food of a place, and like to go there regularly, the employees are somehow entitled to harass you as they want.. huh? and defend each other for harassing and mistreating customers in this way-- then if u go. their managers are allow there is nothing a customer can even do about this. if these food service psychopaths decide they dislkie you-- they seemingly have the 'place' to abuse mistreat and do anythign they want to you--and they get aggressive.. and their managers and corporate just don't care. they make up lies about the customer to cover hteir own a**es. I would say boycott this place, or their corporate needs to do something abuot the ill mannered bullies and low class immigrants that work at these places. it seems that people that work in food service are like the nastiest people ever-- they have no education, no class, no ethics no morals, no mannesr. they use their lowly meager position as 'food service worker' to intimidate threaten harass and bully innocent customers as they want. and management seems to let them get away with it. this isn't even about customer service. it's more about. ok let's pick on customers because we have the power and are serving the food? any form of mistreatment or harassment should be taken care of immediately. and should not ever happen again. food service workers, and employees should not be given these kind of 'rights' over customers or anyone else.

Update: more abuse from tropigrill employees

Ok after filing last night's report...who would have thought that more of this nonsense would occur.. of course not-- this is fast food service with probably some of the most abhorrent employees that you can possibly find along with the most incompetent immature managers.....in order to avoid being mauled or attacked and after losing 6.00 at the tropigrill at red bug lake road, I went to the one university blvd in orlando, fl. Generally from previous experiences, that one does not have hostile or aggerssive employees, soemtimes rude ones in the past or incompetent but that's about it. District mgr from the red bug lake location called me in the morning after receiving info through the phone as well. At the university blvd location I ordered the same thing. The girl working the window was a 12 year old looking obese puerto rican female, very rude and belligerent as well. She handed me my change very aggressively, almost smacking it onto my hand.. and was of course 'angry upset and rude' for some strange unknown reason as well. (i can relate female customers trying to purchase food at an establishment I was working at would upset me extremely as well). I almost felt like pulling my hand away in order to not get injured in some form by the psychopath (or whatever you want to call angry deranged freaks lkie taht)...she did that twice with my receipt and change and at that point I just wanted to leave, and of course have no further contact with her.. Of course, inherently just upset angry for no reason once again....food service workers seem to just overall be deranged or they have some kind of vendetta against random customers at will....as she was all riled up handed me my food aggressively as well...'almost' shoving it into my car...I asked for barbecue sauce...of course....big mistake there...as I was tryign to take one of the sauces, she angrily took the other one and threw it into my car....at that point..I got mad , especially after the previous report's ridiculous experience and asked for the manager....of cousre....to top it al off....she then went to get the 'manager'....who of 'course' happened to be, one of the previous managers at the red bug lake location, who had harassed me or mistreated me numerous times in the past, who I had called corporate on several times-- apparently they figured-- it would be in tropigrill's best interest to not get rid of or retrain 20 year old hostile bullying jerk managers that they hire-- the most incompetent a**holes and losers on the face of the planet...no of course not-- they just retransfer them to another location....so that they can continue to offer the worst possible service, harass and mistreat customers pick on them and allow employese to do the same...at that point.. I took one look at the moron, was thikning heck no and drove off-- on top of that they gave the wrong kind of rice I ordered... heck at least they gave the rice this time rather than ripping off the customer, and of course I could not drive back to get the correct order lest pillsbury dough wench that worked there would probably end up throwing the food at me if it got a chance to....Now at this point I'm pertty upset because apparently... I can't go to tropigrill and peacefully purchase some food and leave-- I have to undergo extreme forms of harassment by the retards and psychopathic nutcases that work there....and no as a customer I should not be asked why I go back...tropigrill management should be asked-- why on earth are your employees doing this to anyone getting away with it and nothing being done about it? I just want to get soem chicken and rice and leave....but in order to do this...well basically i just can't.. unless I try to grab a police officer with me possibly or someone else...so that these nasty bullying employees can't get away with the things they are doing... family member of mine then said "wait is that the tropigrill I went to where I had to wait an hour for my food"? Apparently they went to that tropigrill and it took the people--yes the incompetent 12 year old crackhead staff an hour to grill some chicken breasts after lying and claiming that it would take 15 mins....so overall that restaurant, chain and store...is basically one of the worst out there I would say with the most screwed up deranged people workign there...nothing against hispanics....but the people that work there literally are some of the most obnoxious almost violent aggressive animals you can find anywhere...this is not just one or two or three tropigrill locations...i've been to several and encountered the same rude obnoxious service-- maybe not to that extent but still very rude-- and a few do have some decent service but overall those locations....(red bug lake road, university blvd, e colonial drive) are the worst that I have ever experienced, and though the district manager 'seemed' to be nice and claim that he will do more than an investigation....something really needs to be done abotu the employees that work there, the way they run their store, and the way they treat customers and how they are allowed to get away with it with no reprimansion....harassment of customers is bad enough and not acceptable.... but throwing things rudely and aggressively into people's cars....if a customer did that to the employee, they would call the police on taht person and be able to file a report-- but it's strange how customers driving through restaurants to try to purchase food don't have those same rights....and employees seemingly have the right to do almsot anything they want to a person...this is just not right...I hope the DM did something about the red bug lake location....and that they fire the manager at the univ blvd location and teh pathetic employee who is throwing bbq sauce into people's cars or doing whatever else they do because of their lack of manners morals ethics or respect...

just want to get the info straight since the report was written in a rush...the report makes it seem as if a car door was slammed when it was just the drive-thru window that the employee slammed in anger several times...
