Tucker, Albin & Associates Unethical pressure to sign up Richardson Texas

This company called me this morning trying to get me to give them an account to collect - where we can't get the client to pay.

I slowly began to get give them the information about the client and they said the would look them up and told me I needed to act today, if I was to ever get this customer to pay.    I was worried about give out this information to a cold call on the phone.   He told me about their 50% fee and wanted to wait on the phone while I received his emailed contract.   He tells me NO COLLECTION . . . NO CHARGE but that is not what the contract says exactly.   As I was trying to get an understanding of their contract, Brandon Smith kept telling everything would be OK.   Just sign the document and they would get to work.     As I tried to have him understand that Dollar Signs dancing in my head would not be the reason I sign his contract but I needed time to read it, understand it and maybe send it to my Attorney for comment.  I asked him to call me back after I performed my due diligence.  He said he doesn't call people back, it is now or never.   I said that was his choice.   Call me back or forget it.   He asked more questions about my concerns and kept trying to convince me I had nothing to worry about. 

I said I would call him back after I did my due diligence.   That was not acceptable to him!  I told him that is exactly why I must hang up!   He tried very hard to keep me on the phone, bobbing and weaving to try to make me feel like I was being unreasonable.  

While he was on the phone, I googled the name of his company and began to see what kind of company it is.  I finally told him I was hanging up and did.   I am reporting this now to time stamp what happened so that if they try to come back at me, I can refer them here and they can see I authorized nothing.  They have NO PERMISSION to work for me or my company.   11:10 AM  June 3rd, 2013.
