U Turn Vending, UTurn U-Turn IS COMPLETELY WORTHLESS!!! Ripoff! Idaho Falls Idaho

I bought my machines thru a uturn rep and i have made my money back plus some,the machines are heavy if you try and move them full so empty them first they are also very easy to repair all you need is a phillips screw driver and a 7/16 wrench perhaps they should of read about attitude in the brochure

I am so glad that bought only 4 of these. Was almost pushed into an $8500 package deal that the slime ball liar salesman made up. I would have cut out sooner but they did get a deposit first before I could think about it more. I told them these are on Ebay for $100 each new, they will claim they are FAKE! What a joke this place must be, they blacklisted me after my discovery and now cannot load these off for anywhere nearly paid $500 just 6 months ago. They jam all the time with quarters, made of plastic were should be metal, hard to empty the money and re-fill product. I complained about that and claim an FDA rule. This company gives quality sales people a bad name, trust me I know having moved into medical device sales from being a scum bag copier salesman and selling many other great things but never was like this crooked vending industry.NEVER deal with these snakes,  look on Ebay or usedvendingmachines.com to buy these headaches, they do make about $50 each a month and are pretty strong, tamper-proof wise, but definitely this venture for someone retired or kid, Uturn will not help you at all, trust that!

I agree with you on pricing. That does sound a little bit off. Some people just don't have a clue. The problem that I see is that the companies hype a little too much depending on the machines (assets). I am on a roll doing placement and locations of the machines I have.

I have recently been working with Tyler Garn at U-Turn vending. Since I have been working with him, he has been easy to reach, a great business consultant since he has his own route in Idaho. I don't know how you guys can actually say all this ignorant stuff about a company that in my opinion is easy to work with. You must not be telling the truth, Tami has a very good point, all of the U-Turn machines can be placed right up against the wall since the base is on 18 inches. Also if you purchased your "30" machines at $9100.00, you are definately lying because the lowest prise is around $700.00. 30 machines for $9100.00 equates to $303.00 for each machine. You must have bought the junk that Vendstar sells!!

I work for U-Turn and I can not find any truth in this claim. We do not have a customer that matches this description. Our machines are easy to service and if any of our customers has a problem we always resolve it quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Also I think this person must not have U-Turn vending machines because they state they need a machine that can be put against a wall. Our machines have an eighteen inch square base that may be put right up against the wall (where most often machines are placed) this leaves plenty of room for rotating. This also means that that gives 8 selections in only a foot and a half of space. That is definitly less room than 8 single head machines.

If this complaint is filed by an actual U-Turn customer I urge you to contact me directly at 800-584-8887. We do not leave customer complaints unresolved.

Try ebay. Make a big color picture of this giant spinning machine. Business opportunity of a lifetime! Let the market decide how much they will pay.

Get payment first. They arrange for shipping. Wait till the buyer hears the price of shipping! Holy cow!

I doubt you'll break even. I certainly don't expect you to make money. But, you never know. Ebay is a sucker's paradise. Ebay fraud is on the rise. The frauds are all hip to the foolish buyers. It's like shooting fish in a barrel to them.

It'll get rid of your monstrosity. Plus, some Ebayer is dreaming right this moment about owning a machine just like you have. Why deprive them of a golden opportunity? Who knows, with the right location, like the middle of a desert. And, the right product, like bottled water. Somebody could actually strike it rich!
