UNITED ONLINE United Online (UOL) and all companies related. Cancelled service took money out of my account even after switching bank accounts. Internet

I used to use MySite.com for web hosting and the service was terrible so after a while (I don't remember how long because I had no reason to) I canceled it. I'm guessing about a year after canceling it I see that there is $19.95 taken out of my account from UOL MYSITE. I quickly went to my bank and apparently they couldn't do anything about it, so I decided to switch banks and get a new bank account. Some time later I get another $19.95 taken from my bank account that I had never used with that company! That means after canceling my account they somehow got authorization to my new account and took money from it, with absolutely no permission from me. I was pissed off and I did some searching and found this site and many people with similar complaints. I hope that if any agency finds this that they read all the reports and have enough to conduct an investigation. I feel ripped off and helpless at this point. Good thing for the internet where people can actually have a voice.
