This organization is ridiculously incompetent. I have never encountered so many dysfunctional morons in my life. They are deliberately deceptive in their practices and want to push customers into foreclosure. I am not sure if anyone even works there regularly as phone calls go directly to voicemail. I would NEVER recommend anyone to this horrible company. I will refinance as soon as I get a job. Good riddance.
