Very official looking invoice for $425.00 maintenance agreement.  After being on hold for at least 20 mins, a rep came on.  I explained that I didn't know what the invoice was for and all he would say was that it was our maintainance agreement.  After I pushed the issue he finally got irritated with me and said if I had read number 10 on the back of the invoice I would have known it was an offer.
