USA Card Services Dave Dewitt to be persice sold me the world or so we thought until I couldn't find dropshippers for free like he said (not even from the links on MY PERSONAL website they created for me!!! He claimed to have invested $5,000.00 into me. With the online classes they offered, that were basic knowledge.

He had an answer for every doubt I had, enen before I even mentioned it. It took a few hours of convincing. But I was finally convinced.

I raced to the nearest fax machine recieved and refaxed all the doc's he sent me. Like others I was consumed by the thought of making money so easily. As I went on trying to get this business started the business, the questions started arising.

Finally I found this ripoffreport.com best thing to ever happen to me. I find out he is a fraud and a possible pervert! Great what did I get myself into.

If you are lucky enough to find this first I am so glad. Hope fully you won't be taken down the same road as me. I hopefully will have this all taken care of as of tomarrow.

Also if anyone has any advise on how to legally cancel this contract with no worries please let me know. I am sure my choice is fine. I would like some reassurance though.

GOOD LUCK AND THANK YOU!!

SLANDER MY NAME AGAIN AND I WILL SUE!

AUTHOR: Adrian - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, May 30, 2006

If I see my name on any of these reports again , I will sue the company for slander. I am sorry I ever worked for the bloody company! I am a good salesman who bought into their crap. But I will not have my name dug into the dirt anymore by this company. Robert Harris is the CEO , Kevin Devoto is the VP of sales. I was merely a salesman , nothing to do with them. They treated me fairly , helped people out. It was not their fault many people decided to sit on their you know whats before working the program and actually making money and learning how to! Leave me alone though. I only sold and did my job. Jobs , you know what people looking for an easy way out should get!

I nearly got caught but help get them out

AUTHOR: Tony - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, April 16, 2006

Please take this fella's advice. I talked to USA card services on two occasions. The first about two years ago. With some fella names adrian avilla. I told him to give me his personal address and address of the Attourney general's office so when I come after them legally. He would be liable also. That shook him. He said many things. I asked some questions both then and recently with s9me fella name Tom Flynn and Tom Johnson. Then could not answer these questions. But they tried to give me the bum's rush. get the fax and then send it back within ten minutes. Its the only way they say. That throws up a red flag. I had my attouney veiw it. I told him I would do this. He abondoned the 10 minute rule reluctantly. I made him sweat the weekend. he gave me a fax at his home if I changed my mind. I checked with BBB Although I know they have very little teeth to do anything. I also checked the attourney generals office. the amount of complaints were small but significant. He called that monday to threaten to withdraw the offer. I told him fine. He gave me some more time. These things and looking at the paperwork were enough to tell him to cancel. Please take this guys advice and legally don't pay them. If you can help me get them wiped out.

Don't ruin your credit - USA Card Services runs a very elaborate scam

AUTHOR: Jeff - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, April 14, 2006

John, obviously you know by now that USA Card Services runs a very elaborate scam where they pull all the strings. They run several companies out of a large office in Dallas, TX and they have been ripping people off for quite some time.

You have signed a noncancellable lease with a second party leasing company that must either be paid or they will ruin your credit and quite possibly take you to small claims court.

I have two solutions for you:

(1) Pay the lease as agreed, or

(2) Take the leasing company to small claims court and sue for whatever money you've already paid and injunctive relief. Injunctive relief is basically asking the court to force the leasing company to (a) Remove any negative data off your credit report and not put any such data on your report (b) Cancel the lease.

If you choose to strike first, as I am suggesting with option (2), you can make a case that the lease was made under the pretext by USA Card Services that they were getting you into a business and would perform certain actions that they did not do. And that the lease was nothing but a scam.

I have had a similiar situation, took the leasing company to small claims court and won the case. So I have experience with this. If you want some advice on this, post an email address where I can contact you. I am not a lawyer so I can't give legal advice but I can share my experience.

Regards,

Please someone who knows something help all of us.

USA Card services contacted me and of course they made everything sound so wonderful and I was going to make all kinds of money. They had an answer for every concern I had. Now that I have tried to make this business work. I know they were all lies. When I told them this was not for me they said we'll get you through it. We will give you all the support you need. They enphasized the fact that "They were investing $4000.00 in me" so why wouldn't I want to do this. There's no money up front and heck they are investing money in me they can't be all that bad. Well do your homework they are screwing me. They told me I would get dropshippers for free, I wasn't going to pay more than a $150 a month, and have all the help I needed. I have since closed my bank account. I am not going to loose any money. They just sent me a letter threatening to take legal action and report me to the credit bureau. I just finally fixed my credit and have worked really hard at it. I am looking for any help in trying to get out of this lease with nothing to my credit report. And I am not paying them another cent.
