USA Finance Joesph Brown, Mike Cooper, Jason Hall, Christopher Emond SCAM Stockton California

We recieved a phone call on Noverber 25, 2013 tell us we were approved for a loan in the amount of $3,500.00. The terms were $200.00 per month for the next 20 months.$500.00 in finance charges. Christopher Edmond's told us we needed to purchase a Vanilla Reload Network card and put $200.00 on it. They told us we needed to keep the money on the card for one hour. So, we could prove we could pay the money back. They had us give them the number on back of card. They said, after an hour they would deposit the money in our bank account. When that didn't happen I called them back. Mike Cooper told me, that because we don't have credit we would have to buy and insurance policy from them for $350.00. So, if we defaulted on the loan the insurance would pay off the loan. We had to go and purchase another card. Gave them the number. They said, wait 30 minutes than they would deposit the money in our account including the $200.00 and $350.00 that were on the cards.

Needless to say I called them back no money was deposited in our account. Jason Hall told me there was a problem with our account and they couldn't deposit the money. I explained to them we don't have any problems with our account. Joseph Brown told me, I had to pay $175.00 fee for them to Western Union me the money. I did that. Mike Cooper call and said there was a problem with our SS numbers and couldn't send the money. At which point Mike Cooper tells me they are cancelling the loan and that we have to pay a cancelling fee of $150,00. He told me, I would have to pay the fee in order to get my money back. I told him to take it out of the money he owes me. He told me, he could not do that. Needless to say they owe me $725.00. I am really angry that these sort of poeple are allowed to be in the United States and conduct business this way. They did send a contract which we didn't sign. I also have voice mails stating they want to me my money back, if I pay the $150.00 cancellation fee. Not happening...
