I found this merchant on the internet and ordered a small pocket knife from him. It arrived well packed in bubble wrap. However, it was defective and would not open. When I returned the knife, Unique Blade refused to replace it or refund my payment. They claimed the post office had damaged the knife and they weren't reponsible.

So if you buy anything from this red neck cracker, don't say you weren't warned.

The customer was contacted to let them know the problem was user related and there would be a restocking fee, since the item couldn't be sold as new. We then found out a chargeback was put into motion, before the knife was even returned. After all said and done we weren't offered a reasonable time frame to address the issue.

If it is our fault the blade popped off track during use and we should have taken it back, then by all means we are guilty, however when a user breaks the item, this is a situation out of our control.

Furthermore, the part of the story claiming we blamed the post office isn't a correct statement at all.

We would love to help and always serve the customer within reasonable limits, however this one was simply out of our control.

I wish you the best Mr. Taylor and hope if you have any other problems you will feel free to contact us. Please keep in mind as we mentioned before, the use of foul language and or berating content " as seen above" will have to be ignored.
