I too received a call from a New York number and when calling the number back did not get a professional response either. I thought him answering the cellphone laughing was odd and then he answered with hello. Not to mention I called him twice and on the second call threatened to file harrassment charges on me. Why the need to do that if you are a law firm trying to take me to court. Things just don't add up. I requested my file be sent to me in the mail, we will see if I get it. Just don't fall for someone saying you owe them money and you do not. Times are hard and I work to hard for my money to have someone just scare me into paying them. Thank GOD I don't scare easy. If anyone has a class action suit, please contact me.

I have also received these threatening phone calls saying they represent United Cash Services.  The number I receive these calls from is 347.338.3555.  They claim to be from a law firm Crosby..... (I cannot remember the rest).  When I call them back they answer simply 'Hello"...not very professional. 

They are threatening and state that according to the new Constitution of 2010 I am required to provide them with my lawyers name and phone #.  (Did I miss the news about a new Constitution???) I tell them I have no lawyer..they then get upset, say they are done speaking to me, and ask to speak to my manager to get me fired.

Any suggestion on what to do will be helpful.  They are actually rattling my nerves a bit even though I know they are a scam.  Should I just stop answering their calls???

I have been harassed by these man call jim cater. He call me and say i owed him 378 or i have to go to court. he say that the money i owe it already in my account. i even call my bank and they say there no money in the account.Those guy have all my info. like my account number to my bank my social security.i'm scary what they might do to my social secunity.when i ask him about the loan account number he say he cant give any info out but just telling me about my info and say do i want to jail. they haven't take no money out from my bank account. but two different person call me and say i owe money so i just want to know if any one going through what i go through and help me with this i'm just a young kid try to make money and living for me. I dont want to pay someone free money for money that i dont even have. dont we have to sign our signture to get the loan. i really need this kind of help can someone help me on this
