Vanderbilt Mortgage Have been harassed and talked down to like I am trash! Maryville Tennessee

They treat you like you are trash!  Have an insurance check for wind damage for the roof of my home to have roof replaced and asked if they would just send contractor the amount of the check and no, they want to send half and when it is done,the rest, what contractor is going to replace a roof on a maybe get paid!!  And would take 2 weeks for the account to be set up to even get the first half and in the mean time, it is raining and leaking into my house!!  So glad when I have them paid off, has been 12 years of pure hell trying to deal with them!!
