Vets Transport Breach Of Contract Deer Trail Colorado

I purchased a concession building, (8'x25'), on EBay from Woody Iacovetta, A.K.A., Woody Drummond, on March,4 2013. One fore I placed my bid I contacted him through email and a  number that was on the auction. I asked questions about the dimensions of the building and how he would deliver it to me from Colorado, where its located, to New York, where I reside. Woody stated that he owned a transport company and had moved the building a few times before by loading it on a flat bed trailer ands it would be no problem to transport. The action shipping price was $2500.00. 

I placed a bid on the building when there was still 3 days lefto until the auction ended. I contacted Woody 2 more times during the auction with more questions about the building and delivery. I won the auction and he called and stated he would only accept a wire transfer into his account to avoid fees from PayPal, however he didn't want to give me his bank info. He only would give it to a bank representative. I know by law that I would obtain a copy of his information anyway so I agreed and sent him $4950.00, the winning bid of the EBay auction.

I called twice to arrange delivery and he then told me there was no way possible he could delivery the building for the auction price of $2500.00. I asked him why not and he said the cost of fuel and the permits in each state he drives through would cost a lot more than that. He told me he would delivery it to me for  just under $5000. I was very angry because I didn't have the extra money plus we had spoken several times and he never once mentioned this until after I sent him the $4950.00. 

After talking to him again we made arrangements that I would find a trailer large enough for the building and I would drive to Colorado and pick it up myself, but I still estamated it would cost well over the stated delivery price. He also said I had to rent a fork truck large enough to pick up the 10,000 lb building at my cost, which he also never mentioned. I told Woody it would take some time because I didnt have the funds readily available and I'm disabled and collect Social Security, he said ok and we agreed.

Woody called me every week, he was upset and wondering when I would come. I kept telling him I was working on the trailer I purchasfor and it was at a welding shop buying reinforced to hold the load, plus I had ad to wire it, replace the brakes, etc... And it was still going to take some time. 

On April 22, 2013 I received a certified letter with no return address. It was a blank business invoice with no letterhead stating he was charging me $2000 for storage and that I abondoned this building on his property. It was signed Woody Drummond, and not Woody Iacovetta. I'm in this venture for the price of the building, $4950 + around $2100 for the trailer, and aprox... $10,000 in restaurant Equiptment i have on my driveway on palettes that  I purchased specifically for this building.
