Virgin Mobile is using all kinds of tactics and harassment  in order to get its customers to register a credit card for automatic payment.  I refuse to do this because I am aware that even companies like Microsoft and others are still taking money from credit cards long after customers have closed their accounts with these business's.

For the past three months,  when I call to make a payment I have been told 'we can't accept payment from that card as it is not in your name' etc.  This evening they took the money off of the card immediately but now they refuse to put time on the phone until after midnight, even though they sent messages via my phone and my online account that the service will be discontinued if I did not pay.

Did you folks know that the citizens of Europe do not have to go through this garbage.  These lucky citizens buy a phone they like, then they chose a service provider.  If they are unhappy with the service they merely change it!!  Americans, because most are stupid suckers, have to purchase new phones in order to get a new service provider.

I am so angry with these s**t bags at Virgin mobile and there useless non English speaking 'customer service' reps.  that it will be an extreme pleasure to replace the phone and end service with these scumbags. 

I made the mistake last year of paying for their mobile broadband.  It was so awful that I had it discontinued after a few months, but not after paying $60 per month plus the UBS device cost of $100.

Virgin Mobile you suck and I am not going to  take it anymore
