I am currently a customer and the entire company is a SCAM! The variable or fixed rate generally does NOT beat the rate of your electricity company. My bill more than doubled after having them and when I complained about a discrepancy (on their end) the agent, GARY, was completely rude! DO NOT, DO NOT sign up for Viridian--it is a rip off!
