Do not get involved with this company.   I tried to cancel but was coerced into accepting lower terms but when the papers came in the mail, it was a higher amount than quoted. So again I called and was told the contract automatically renews by year and your contract doesn't end until July 2013.  So they have me and can legally embezzle money from account.  Totally dishonorable company.  Buyer beware!

If you don't read your contract and follow its cancellation terms...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Thursday, January 17, 2013

you will find it renewed for another year in July.

" So they have me and can legally embezzle money from account.."

Embezzlent is a serious crime and should be reported to law enforcement...but then, that's NOT what's happening, is it?

"I tried to cancel but was coerced into accepting lower terms.."

What form of coercion did they use...waterboarding, slivers under your fingernails or maybe threats?

I do NOT work for Vivint, but have had their service for 2-1/2 years and am quite satisfied with it.

I HAVE read my contract and understand its cancellation provisions.
