Volusion Volusion scam Internet Texas

Volusion...scammers personified!  My website has not been live for almost one year due to family illness.  I have been paying their outrageous monthly fees for all this time.  Called to cancel on 5/27/13 But they could not cancel without submitting a ticket.  First ticket did not go through, second ticket placed on 6/13/13, nothing done, called again on 6/17/13, took them to 6/28/13, but they charged my credit card again. Called on 6/28/13,now they cannot do anything about the charges because their system charges automatically.  Do not do business with this company!  They can set up websites immediately, but they cannot adjust their billing errors...you can call and get their services, but you cannot do this if you want to cancel!  Amazing! Their customer service sucks and their support department is a joke.  They must have needed the extra $62.00 that I was charged twice because of Their "billing cycle".
