Western Properties, is owned and operated by Barry Ford and his b**ch of a daughter Michelle.  This company has absolutely no conscience when it come to ripping off the people who rent the properties they manage.  Anything to fill his pockets!!!  That's all they care about.  They will evict you in order to raise the rent at any time.  Whether there is rent control or not.  If you are a couple days late with your rent, they begin the eviction process.  They seem to thrive on the power of eviction.  I honestly hope they find themselves homeless one day.  Then maybe they will be knocked down a few pegs.

Get off your high horses a**holes!!!

Western Properties, is owned and operated by Barry Ford and his b**ch of a daughter Michelle.  This company has absolutely no conscience when it come to ripping off the people who rent the properties they manage. 
Anything to fill his pockets!!!  That's all they care about.  They will  evict you in order to raise the rent at any time.  Whether there is rent control or not.  If you are a couple days late with your rent, they begin the eviction process.  They seem to thrive on the power of eviction.  I honestly hope they find themselves homeless one day.  Then maybe they will be knocked down a few pegs.
